<---- Back Tracking <----

OK, so I am only posting this for my journal purposes and for the fact that I want to print this off at the end of the year. Braylie's 2nd Birthday. Lame, I know. It was way long ago at the beggining of July and It is now the end of Sept. But I figured I'd get it in anyway. Here is the Link of a friends blog who featured and helped (A TON) planning and pulling together her party! :) She had an adorable blog and is sooo talanted and has the best ideas for stuff! Check it out! Follow her and like her page on Facebook. She has an etsy too!!! So we planned this party in 2 days!!! YA! It was sooo much work and my house was a mess for that whole week, but, I loved how it turned out and she seemed to have fun so it was soo worth it! We planned on having the splash park as the entertainment for the kids but of course, the one day it was closed of the entire summer for maintenance, was the day of Braylie's party. So we just at hot dogs, chips, lots of candy and played with party hats! :)
I mod podged the balloons and glittered them to add a little sparkle.
Our inspiration was a cupcake design that looked like disco mirophones out of mini ice cream cones and doughnut holes. The cupcakes didn't turn out quite how we planned and ended up looking more like ice cream cones but they worked and inspired us for EVERYTHING PINK!
I got tons of different kinds of pink candy and together Emily and I used all of our own jars and other containers to display them! :) Emily had JUST recieved her new sillouhette in the mail like the day before so she cut out the cupcake holders, paper party hats and the cotton candy cones from that. She also designed the water bottles lables.
I also made tissue paper pom poms to hang from the rafters. I loved the polka dot ones! And my sister in law cut them down after the party and reused them for her daughters party the next week so it was perfect!! :)
Emily (who planned the party with me) and her son Dawson with Traetyn at the party
Daddy and Braylie <3
We ended the day with a ride on the carousel with Daddy and cousins! And the horse got to hold Braylie's homemade microphone in it's mouth :)
Overall I'm happy with how it turned out :) I love my little girl!!! I can't believe that she is 2 and that she now has a little brother too! Crazy things happen when you blink moms! I warn you if you have little little ones like my Traetyn. It'll be gone before you know it! BUT, every stage is SOOO fun! Braylie is really really developing her speech right now and it is sooo fun! Today I walked down the hall and said gosh... ( i dont remember what i was frustrated about at the time but we were trying to get out the door so it could have been anything) and behind me I hear a little echo "gosh" haha. And if I call down the hall for Payden or something, again I have my little echo saying, "paynen!" :) Being a mom is AWESOME! Each year she gets better and better! I can't wait for year 3. I LOVE YOU BRAYLIE!!!

School!

Payden started his LAST first day of school on the 12th of September of his undergrad schooling!!! We are so excited for him to be graduating this December! ;) And let me tell you... AM I TRUNKIE OR WHAT!!! I am sooo excited to move! I love our current apartment and really don't mind being in Rexburg at all but I am just sooo excited for some change! And the thought of living off of more then part time jobs at 8 bucks an hour and having the husby have to work 3 jobs and go to school full time is a fun thought as well!! :) Here are a couple pictures of him leaving to school on his first day. He was running out the door and I was like "WAIT!! I want to get a picture of you on your last first day!" You can see as he was in a hurry that he was thrilled! jk haha ;)

Random update

Has it been a month already? ahh... life goes by too quickly. Well this isn't going to be a real exciting post or long at all but I thought I would stop in and say hi. Right now our life is crazy. I went to Caldwell for 10 days and just got back a week ago. I guess you could say that I've just been trying to put all the pieces back togehter of everyday life since we've been gone. I'll post the pics soon. Payden is working from 6:30am to 8pm everyday right now except the weekends and last friday he didn't get home until 12:30 at night. During the day until 3pm he works at a really expensive golf course in Victor Idaho by Driggs as sort of a caddy. He mostly parks vehicles and carries bags for golfers and stock them with water bottles and washes the golf carts down daily. He is making a good wage there and also gets to split tips evenly each day with his fellow workers so thats awesome! After the golf course he goes straight to coaching High School Football at Teton High. Hence the getting home so late on Friday nights because of the football games. He really loves coaching and being able to teach and work with the kids. I'm so proud of him and I'm thrilled that he can get paid for something he loves so much, even though his schedule is hard on me and the kids sometimes, it's worth it. So after saying that you would think I would have all the time in the world to blog... haha. Yea.... So have you ever come to the realization that the more free time you have the less you get done cause you just think that you have all this time to do it in and then all of a sudden the time is gone and you have done nothing with your day? K, so that's my life. Pretty much every day. I wouldn't say 100% of my days because I do get around to cleaning my house and cooking a decent emal every now and then but I fall into that category a lot. Plus with taking care of two kids all day every day by myself is pretty exhausting and when I have a minute the last thing I want to do is to have to sit and think and type up a blog post, select pictures and try to seem like my life and my post is all put together the way it should be. haha. Sad to say but there are some days that Payden doesn't even see Braylie because he leaves before she wakes up and is home late after she is already to bed. That make an exhausting day for me. And even days when she does get to see him, its like for a half hour or an hour max and she's so excited that he's home and just loves playing with him, that she has been having a hard time going to bed. She just wants to stay up and play with Daddy. Makes sense Braylie. Mommy's with ya, I need some time with daddy too after a long day with just the kids and I'm only willing to extend your bedtime an hour at the most. Sorry little miss. So that's pretty much what is going on with us. I've been watching movies and playing with the kids and the other day I crocheted an adorable hat for Braylie for this winter! I LOVE how it turned out!!! Traetyn will turn 4 months old on the 13th (CRAZY!!!) and he will be getting to try rice cereal and oatmeal for the first time!!! I'm WAY excited! He loves to eat which is such a difference from Braylie so I'm just hoping he goes to town with it and gobbles it all up! :) I've made promises in the past that I have not kept about posting soon and more often so for now I'll just say, I hope to be back and make a real post later this week with an actual purpose and pictures involved.

the little things...

***DISCLAIMER- I read over this after I was done typing and found not a little but A TON of spelling and grammers errors. I usually have some and try to fix them although I don't always but there are so many in this post and right now I"m really not caring so take it as it is. You get the point!

I haven't done well on documenting lately. I'll catch up. I promise. (i hope) haha
For now I wanted to write about our life right now. Things that are new or that I want to remember about the little things. "Reeaaady... ssseeeeeet.. GGGOOOOO!" -Braylie Toone 2 yrs. old

Dear Braylie:

- I love how every morning you run to find Traetyn just so you can say, "Hi Bobby" and rub his little head with a kiss.
- I love how everytime you see him in general you say "Hi Bobby" :)
- I liked it at first but now I'm kind of done with you saying "I want that pone" to EVERYTHING!! Use your words child! Today you did a little better but needless to say I'm ready for this phase to be over.
- I think it's so cute that you have started to say a lot of people's names and you are asking for certain people by using their name randomly. You can now say: Ashley, Kim, Dallon, Maddy, Hali, Aubrey, Blake, Mema, Grandpa(papa), and of course mom and dad :)
- Everytime I ask you to say Traetyn you just scream baby (bobby) and get so happy and clap for yourself as if you actually did say Traetyn. haha one of these days you'll get it. It's a hard name so I'm giving you that. ;D
- Whenever you hear a diesel truck outside you FREAK OUT in excitment and start laughing. If dad isn't home you think it's him but if he is home you think it's Papa and you just keep asking for him.
- One of your very favorite things to do this week is put yout teeny tiny princess tiara that came on the doll aunt kirsti got you last year for christmas on everyone's head. You REALLY like to put it one the bobby's head the very most though! Especially when he is sleeping and mom keeps asking you not to. You still do. You are very soft though and it rarely wakes him up so I guess it's not the end of the world. I won't tell you that though till you're older :)
- I love the way you say mom under your door when you want to get out of your room in the morning or after a nap. It's a very cute Ma-om. :) Unless it takes me a little bit in the morning to realize you are up.. then it turns into an impatient not so cute yelling of mom. But hey.. I kept you waiting.
- You talk A LOT!! I love how many words you say and how you say them! Each day you are putting new phrases together and really being able to communicate almost anything you want or need. This week you learned "Daddy work" You always ask for him in the morning and I have to tell you that he is at work. You also learned "Bobby hungy" :) You like to say this when Traetyn is eating :)
- You were so sweet the other day! Mommy was doing the dishes as fast as she could and brother was NOT happy. I caught you over by his swing saying "shhh bobby shhh" and you were rubbing and patting his little head. You gave him kisses and tried to put his binnk it. SOOO Sweet! You are the best big sister Traetyn could have ever asked for!
- While we are on the subject... I love when I catch Traetyn smiling at you!!! SOO SWEET! It could be something that you are doing or saying to him or I've even caught him a few times whith the biggest smile on his face just staring at you while you are watching a movie. He LOVES you so much!
- I loved a Lagoon a couple weeks ago that you were constantly saying... "i want a ride" :) You loved it there! And now in your little car car you ask to "ride"
- BIG milestone today missy!!! YOU ARE POTTY TRAINING!!! Today was the first day that you went pee AND poop might I add on the potty on purpose by your own free will!!! Mommy was soo proud of you! I called Grandma and wrote it on facebook to let everyone know! haha I hope that doesn't embarass you too much! You'll get over it :)
- I love how you say mommy I peed. or Poop. haha it's just so cute to hear it coming out of YOUR mouth :)
- I love how lately you have been saying "tay Mommy" when I ask or tell you something
- Oh another HUGE milestone! Last Sunday was the first Sunday you went into Nursery WITHOUT A SINGLE TEAR SHED!!! Not one tear the whole two hours!!! :) You are amazing little girl!
- You call popsicles "peekas" and Kitty's "seeyas) lately though you have been saying something that more resembles the word kitty.
- I love your sleeping habbits right now!!! You are sleeping through the night 12 hours and a 2 hour nap during the day. Both of which you are laying down awake in your toddler bed all by yourself and putting yourself to sleep. I hold you and rock you for 1 primary song and then lay you down. You always say no when I lay you down but I just tell you I need to go feed the baby or be with the baby and you say "tay" and lay down like an AMAZING big girl that you are! And you go right to sleep! (most times) :) Sometimes I get a request for more milk but we have been giving you water instead lately so you aren't drinking as much. ( I'm convinced you could drink milk for days straight before you would get tired of it)
- I love how anytime we are going somewhere right before we walk out the door you stop and turn and make sure to say, "bye bobby" and wave to him. :) and of course mom always follows by saying, he's coming with us Braylie. He is always coming with us now. He won't go away. ;)
- You are such a big girl and can put your panties on and off all by yourself!
- You are really good at putting all of your many different shoes on all by yourself. If you by chance put them on the wrong feet all mommy has to say is, "braylie your shoes are on the wrong feet, they go on the other feet." and you stop what you are doing and say "oh haha" and you sit down and switch them! Soo cute!

Dear Traetyn:

- I often say it... You are my angel baby! SOO GOOD! Mama thanks you!
- I love your smile and those big chubby cheeks!
- Last night you slept a whole 10 hours straight!! It was pretty amazing but at the same time I didn't sleep very well cause I was worried about you and kept waking up. Plus.. because of the long sleeping and the lack of eating at normal times, mama's boobs were hurting pretty bad. I was ready for you to eat and drain me of all the delicious milk my amazing body created for you so graciously while we were both asleep.
I love love love you sweet dimple on your chin. Let's make a note though. This chin dimple is not centered like you would assume... haha it is on the right side of your chin! Perfectly placed for my little chunk a hunk!
- I love your Chocolate birth mark on your middle finger on your left hand. And I love that the first day I noticed it after you were born sister was eating chocolate and I thought she had gotten some on you. Mama licked and licked at it but finally realized it wasn't chocolate at all. It's just you :)
- I love that when daddy walks by you follow him with your eyes
- When mama talks to you, you have started to coo and talk back. You have such a soft and deep little coo. I love it! You get so excited when I talk and you start moving your arms and legs and give off a little baby laugh... haha it makes mama feel so special little man, so thank you.
- I love how right now as I am typing this you are peacefully sleeping with no bink just relaxing in your swing. Thank you for taking a bink and liking it but not being so fussy and persistant that you have it like sister. with or without most of the time... you are just chill.
- You have the cutest chubby strong little legs. I love when you stand on them and just smile and jabber to mama.
- Thanks for being a rolly baby and having chubby cheeks. Those cheeks are SOOO kissable! And believe you me... mama kisses them.. A LOT! (and sister and dad of course!)
- Thank you Thank you Thank you for putting up with your sister. She really really likes you and likes to involve you in just about everything. :)

I really will get some pictures up of them soon! I need to use Payden's comp to do it though cause mine is being kind of retarted so I'm a little unmotivated. I'll get it done next week. You have my word! Can you tell I love my kids?!?! I have the best life with the most amazing children and husband!! SOO MUCH LOVE!! I will post on Payden seperately and at a dif time. He deserves his own attention :) For now that's what comes to mind about the kids although the list is CONSTANTLY growing! And I like it that way! It keeps life interesting. If they do sometime cute that I want to remember my goal is to try and write it down as soon as I can get to it so I can remember and they can look back and enjoy what mom has written. So watch out. A lot of small random posts might be coming!
